III. Preparing The Image To Be An Icon.
   A. Making it 80x80 (pixels)
      1. choosing whether to flip an image or not
      2. resizing the image
      3. place the image on a new 80x80 canvas
   B. Fine tunning the image.
      1. making colors more vibrant
      2. making the image show more detail
      3. adding a fade
   C. Making the image one layer.
